Shipping policy

Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman will entertain free unlimited delivery and assembly services for all purchases. Other emirates inside UAE will also entertain free delivery and assembly for purchases exceeding AED 3,000 while purchases below this amount will incur a delivery charge of AED 300 which includes free assembly, if required.
Delivery charges for out of UAE will be calculated as per the destination, which does not include installation. You will receive a call from our “After Sales Service Department” within 24 hours of payment being received to book a delivery appointment. Upon booking the delivery, you must inform us of any restrictions on the delivery. Should we be unable to deliver due to any restrictions or for any other reason through no fault of our own, or should the customer cancel their delivery less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or no one’s home when our team arrives, a redelivery charge of AED 300 will apply, AED 200 for Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman customers.
