RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY
La Vida Furniture offers 7 days for its customers for exchange or returns to ensure 100% satisfaction. Return or Exchange items should be “unused, in its original packaging, same condition as purchased along with original receipt”. Return or exchange does not apply for furniture where the installation is required to fix or customized special order which is not from the standard La Vida Furniture range of products.
Any item that is returned after 7 days from delivery or not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to La Vida Furniture error, will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
Delivery and assembly charges are unfortunately non-refundable. Any product has a manufacturing defect will be fixed, changed or returned.
Return or exchange does not apply for customized special order or pre-order items not available in La Vida Furniture stock in UAE.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. After receiving & inspection of your return item/s you will be receiving a confirmation email. Another email will follow for the approval status of your return item/s. Once approved, you will receive a notification with the refund confirmation. Your funds will be credited into your account with La Vida Furniture where you’ll be able to use within six months from the refund approval date.
